Incredibly poor customer service. Staff seem disinterested and are unwilling to do anything additional to help their guests when needed. Did not tell us about a shortcut for getting to the restaurant so we had to walk 40 minutes on a busy and dangerous road. Did not help with booking a taxi when it ...
