Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtete.

Die Lage ist in einem Siedlungshausgebiet und damit ruhiger gelegen. Alle Fenster waren mit Jalousien ausgestattet und im Wohnzimmer sogar elektrische zum Steuern, wodurch man zu egal welcher Zeit gut schlafen konnte.
Der fehlende persönliche Kontakt zum Gastgeber vor Ort.
