Please note, the property is near the coastal road, so you may hear some traffic noise on the sun terrace—just a small trade-off for such a privileged, scenic location.
Access note: the road includes an uphill stretch; standard cars have no issues, but vehicles with automatic transmission or low ground clearance may require extra care.

Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, Giancarlo super zuvorkommend & hilfsbereit, die Lage ist an sich toll allerdings ist der Weg dahin gar nicht so einfach, aber mit etwas Geduld gut machbar
