Welcome to Villa Janina, a 300 m² holiday home in Fuengirola with stunning sea and mountain views.
The villa is spread across three levels, offering plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Weekend getaways welcome: from now until 14 December you can book Friday to Sunday or Monday (2 or 3 nights). For these weekend stays, check-out is possible until 16:00. Top floor: Fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, office, large dining table for 14 people, sofa and TV corner, open fireplace, bar, billiard table, and a terrace with sea views.
A second terrace on this level features a charcoal barbecue and outdoor kitchen. Second floor: Five bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two double rooms, two single rooms, and one triple room. Third floor: A separate apartment with a small kitchen, living room with sofa and TV, direct access to the pool, and two bedrooms (one double room and one twin room with two single beds). Outside, guests can enjoy the private pool (heating available on request for an extra fee), sun terraces, garden, outdoor shower, and balconies with panoramic views. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a baby crib, and a dartboard.
Public transport is within walking distance, and horseback riding is available nearby.
On request, we can do your grocery shopping before you arrive.
The shopping is paid directly to the host. Please note: pets, smoking, events, and youth groups are not permitted.
Local water regulations may affect pool and garden use during your stay.

Der lugter af møg i køkkenet især i det ene køkkenskab. Huset er slidt og brugt. Trænger til en renovering. Dette forventes ikke af et hus til 30.000 kr for en uge. Alt for dyrt i forhold til standen på huset.
