An older homestay beside the Vélodyssée cycle route.
The 60 m² sleeps up to six, with a small living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a shower room and WC. Washing machine, books, children's toys and a baby seat provided. Recent upgrades: external insulation, interior insulating paint against damp, and a newer water heater, fridge and cooker. Guests must leave the house clean and tidy. Enjoy the outdoors in a fenced 600 m² garden.
The ocean is 12 km away (10 min by car), Lake Hourtin 2 km (10 min by bike). Drive carefully through the gate or park on the grass in front. Pets welcome. The cottage runs on mutual support: guests arriving by car are asked to bring their own household linen.
Cyclists and hikers may use the linen folded in the cupboards, machine-wash it (detergent provided) and hang it out, or just air it if bringing sleeping bags.
Please leave the accommodation welcoming for the next guests. No air conditioning, phone, Wi-Fi or TV; only portable heaters.
However, mobile reception is good, with shops and a restaurant in the village, 700 m away.
You can light a fire in the fireplace.
Please sort waste into the 3 outdoor bins, keeping glass separate. IMPORTANT: You may encounter other guests; the bedrooms are well apart.

La maison est un taudis pas faite pour la location, nous avons des photos, Holidu laisse un produit sur son site qui n'est pas contrôlé : draps sales de l'ancien occupant, serviettes idem, murs moisis pas de chauffage . Cette maison pas falte pour
la.location, c'est lamentable, veritable arnaque. ...
Rien. Nous avons téléphone à la propriétaire qui nous avoué qu'effectivement que des étrangers locataires avaient effectivement râlé mais qu'elle ne les comprenait pas ...bref c'est de l'arnaque . Aucun commentaire visible sur votre site.
