The property is ideally located near the Pic St Loup vineyards, just 20 minutes north of Montpellier, 45 minutes from the beaches and the Cévennes, in the charming village of Saint Mathieu-de-Tréviers.
It offers a peaceful setting on the edge of the village, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The wellness area features an exceptional 25 x 3 m lap pool, a 5 x 5 m relaxation pool with submerged beach, and a 4-person outdoor jacuzzi set to 35°C. The lap pool and spa are heated from mid-April to October, depending on the weather.
In winter, the spa can be used if the weather allows, available for an extra fee and with 48 hours’ notice. You will enjoy a terrace, barbecue, pétanque court, private parking for 8 cars, and 2 reinforced outlets for electric vehicles or bikes. The house offers spacious living areas: a 60 m² living room, XXL TV screen, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table for 15, entrance WC, and 6 bedrooms with 15 high-quality beds, all separable (180 x 200 or 90 x 200 cm). 1) Upstairs, 25 m²: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom. 2) Ground floor, 16 m²: 1 double bed, en-suite shower room. 3) Converted basement, 16 m²: 1 double bed. 4) Walk-through room, 17 m²: 1 double bed, 1 single bed. 5) In the annex, 12 m²: 1 double bed, en-suite shower room. 6) In the annex, 17 m²: 1 double bed. Beds are made on arrival and one towel per person is provided.
Consumption and end-of-stay cleaning fees are included; see house rules.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire, très attentif, les lieux sont propres, la cuisine est très bien équipée, la literie est propre et très confortable, les espaces sont adaptés aux grandes familles, nous avons profité de la grande piscine et du jacuzzi. Le logement est à deux pas de la randonnée du Pic St Loup et idéalement situé pour visiter la région, super séjour en famille
