Located in Bossoleto, a small village dating back to the year 1000 in the municipality of Villanova d'Albenga, the holiday apartment "Agriturismo Il Borgo - Ulivo" offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

The 55 m² property consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction hob, one bedroom and one bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Included amenities are Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV in the living room with streaming services, a TV in the bedroom, air conditioning, underfloor heating, washing machine, and dryer. You have access to a private outdoor terrace and a shared outdoor area with garden, barbecue, picnic area with gazebo, and a sun deck with loungers.

Free street parking is available (please note that the accommodation is in a pedestrian area, 50 meters from the parking). Families with children are welcome.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation, is equipped with energy-saving lighting, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels. For stays of 7 days or more, you will receive a gift card allowing one guest to enjoy a relaxing massage at a local wellness center.
