Recently built architect-designed house 300 m from the sea
Welcome to this bright, modern, tastefully decorated house, a peaceful retreat just 300 metres from the sea. Its sunny terrace overlooks a secure, enclosed landscaped garden.
This tranquil setting features a waterfall and soothing sea views.
It is ideal for couples and families seeking relaxation and independence (2 bathrooms and 2 toilets). Hiking enthusiasts will love the house’s location on the GR34 trail (on the stretch voted France’s favourite in 2017). Water sports (diving, sailing, etc.) are available in the resort of Carantec.
You can gather shellfish at low tide just steps from the house. Enjoy a varied programme of free cultural events and festivities throughout the year, with a particularly lively summer schedule: concerts, theatre and street performances from Monday to Thursday, plus an outdoor festival for young audiences every Thursday. Daniel, the owner’s husband and a keen fisherman, will introduce you to the delights of the sea (spider crabs, lobsters, delicious fish, etc.). He may even take you out on his boat to discover the joys of fishing and the most beautiful spots in Morlaix Bay.
