This 24 m² studio for 2 guests, on the first floor, features a bright living area with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and all the essentials for your comfort.

The modern bathroom comes with a shower and toilet. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and Bluetooth speaker.
Bed linen is available upon prior request for an extra charge. The highlight is the spacious 12 m² terrace facing the sea, offering stunning views of the islands and the kitesurfing, windsurfing, and wingfoiling spot. Just cross the street to reach the beach for swimming, sunbathing, water sports, or simply relaxing by the water.
