Entertainment includes a large 55" OLED Smart TV (SAT-HD, streaming, Blu-ray) and an extra LAN port—ideal for game consoles.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, DAB+ wall radio, and a cozy dining nook overlooking greenery.
The modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and towels.
The highlight is your private panoramic balcony with Wi-Fi, outdoor furniture, sunshade, and drying rack—perfect for morning coffee or breakfast with views of the Upper Harz. Upstairs, accessible via a staircase, the bedroom features a double and a single bed with adjustable slatted frames and health mattresses—ideal for restful sleep in allergy-friendly beds.
Beds are freshly made upon arrival. Relax in the in-house sauna, infrared cabin, and solarium.
The garden offers a sun terrace and lawn for lounging; in summer, enjoy the fireplace grill area.
Free parking is available right in front of the house.

Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, neuwertige Einrichtung, tolle Treppenbeleuchtung :-)
Die Anfahrt war aufgrund einer Baustelle etwas erschwert.
Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig.
