The fully equipped kitchen includes espresso and moka coffee makers, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stovetop with hood, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths, blender, cutting boards, knives, TV, and fireplace.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, workspace, washing machine, high chairs, and cribs are provided. Enjoy a private garden with outdoor shower, private pool (9:00–21:00, evening cleaning), and a barbecue area with a covered table for 14, usable even in the rain.
The covered gym next to the pool features a treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench, ab bench, inversion bench, and exercise bike—usable even in rain, except during storms.
A professional foosball table is also available. Parking: 2 shared spaces, 2 in the garage, and street parking.

The property welcomes events; 3 bikes, ping pong, and tennis are available.
Fresh products such as jam, honey, fruit, herbs, oil, and vegetables are offered.
