Located in Torrox Costa is our amzing penthouse in a excellent location just 300 metres from the beach, cafes and a small supermarket.
The penthouse of 90 m2 consists of two bedrooms two bathrooms, a modern living room with dining area.
A modern newly refurbished kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine.
Additional amenties consists of WIfi, world TV, air conditioning and heating.
The aprtment has a spacious terrace and a large roof terrace (90m2) with sea veiws, a patio area, seedy seating, sunbeds and a outdoor shower.
Las Azaleas has access to a commual outdoor area with a garden and swimming pool.
A lift is availble in the building, free parking in the private parking in the shared parking garage of the building.

Très bien situé, très bien équipé ,les hôtes très accueillants . À proximité de beaucoup de sites à visiter .
Nous aurions apprécié avoir 2 sets de clés pour les portes d’entrée. Vérifiez le remote pour l’ouverture du garage . Le matelas du lit queen manque de fermeté.
