Our spacious holiday apartment offers around 120 m² of living space for up to 5 guests and beautiful views of the Zillertal mountains.
Two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with a double and a single bed—a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate WC provide plenty of room for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The kitchen includes everything you need for your stay: stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, and filter coffee machine.
Free Wi-Fi and a TV with Fire TV Stick are also available.
For little guests, we are happy to provide a baby cot and high chair on request. On the private, fenced terrace with garden furniture, you can unwind and enjoy views of the surrounding mountains.
Two free parking spaces are available directly at the house, as well as a private storage room for skis and snowboards. You can get around easily without a car: the Penken and Ahorn cable cars are each about 800 m away.
A bus stop and the Green Line to the Hintertux Glacier are about 50 m away, and the ski bus is around 100 m away.
Hiking and mountain biking trails are also nearby. With payment of the local tax, you will receive the regional guest card.
You can also buy eggs from our own chickens and honey from our beekeeping. Cats live on our property.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed in the apartment.

Sehr saubere, große und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit vielen gemütlichen Bereichen zum Entspannen. Direkt an Fluss mit Blick auf Wasserfall gelegen. Bergbahnen fußläufig erreichbar.
