Servicios de la comunidad (piscina, parque, duchas con Lavapiés…) La vivienda es algo calurosa por su orientación, pero con el aire acondicionado se soluciona sin problema. Hemos estado muy a gusto
Hemos echado en falta ventilador en el salón, y el toldo podría renovarse.
Como sugerencias de mejora: el colchón de la habitación principal tambien necesita una actualización.
El hotel de enfrente tiene eventos nocturnos los fines de semana, pero terminan a media noche.

La piscina y el equipamiento de menaje de la cocina; sartenes nuevas, cubiertos, platos, vasos y tazas más q suficientes.
La limpieza. El sofá tenía pelos de mascota y el wc y la cama del dormitorio principal olían a pipí.
