It is located in a very quiet area, about 8 minutes by car (6.8 km from Conil de la Frontera). The nearest beach is Puntalejo, and is about 7.58 km away and it takes about 10 minutes to get there by taking the road "Carril Colada de la venta" and "Carril del Palillero".

It is a newly built villa (2014), with a living area of 100 m², is completely fenced with high fences that give it a great privacy, and has outside barbecue area, large porch, private pool, garden with lawn and private parking within the plot.

The garden furniture consists of hammocks and tables with chairs for the porch.

Inside the house we find a nice and comfortable living-kitchen-dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and among its appliances we highlight the ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

It has 3 bedrooms with fitted closets and two bathrooms.

All the furniture is new and of high quality.

Dogs or other pets are allowed.

This is certainly a nice and spacious quality villa ideal for a good summer vacation near Conil and its beaches, at a good price.
