Genau wie beschrieben, gute Lage für Erkundungen rund um Kiel, stressfrei Parken etc. Die Hinweise auf Lage der Wohnung im 4. OG ohne Aufzug und bzgl. Schlafraum sollte man unbedingt berücksichtigen. Für uns war es prima, wir haben die Aussicht genossen.

Der Blick vom Balkon aus auf die Förde ist toll.
Das Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Der Hausverwalter kam vorbei, konnte aber nichts daran ändern. Der Vermieter hat sich überhaupt nicht dazu gemeldet.
Lekker balkon om de zee over te kijken.
