This lovingly furnished thatched house sits right on the dike on a 2,500 m² property.
About 2,000 m² of this is a fully fenced garden behind the dike.
Another part of the property lies directly on the Oste River and offers wonderful views of the water.
The location between river, natural pond, and open sky makes this a special retreat for families, friends, and dog owners. The house accommodates up to 7 guests.
On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The converted attic features an open gallery, another bedroom with a double bed, and a single bed on its own small gallery with a view of the Oste. The highlight is the riverside property.
Watch passing boats, enjoy the wide marsh landscape, and experience spectacular sunsets over the river.
The natural pond, surrounded by greenery and local wildlife, makes the garden a peaceful oasis. Relax on two large terraces with garden furniture, unwind in hammocks, or end the day with a barbecue.
Children and dogs have plenty of space to play in the fenced garden. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, iron, books, children's books, and toys.
Baby cot and high chair are available.
Pets are welcome.
The house is non-smoking and offers step-free access.
Four parking spaces are available at the house.
One motorhome parking space with electricity can be used for an extra fee. Towels/bed linen are available on request for an extra fee. - Beach/pool towels Payment 10,00 € per person

Uns hat es in dem hervorragend ausgestatteten Ferienhaus mit dem großen naturbelassenem Grundstück sehr gut gefallen.
In dem kleinen Dorfladen in Oberndorf sind Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf erhältlich, in der Kombüse 53 Grad Nord steht sehr geschmackvolles Essen auf der Speisekarte.
Die Gastgeberin hat immer ein offenes Ohr, ist sehr herzlich und freundlich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
