Villa Petra d'Arana
Where nature takes center stage, where ancient olive trees, sea, and sun meet.
Petra d'Arana is just 2 km from Porto Pollo bay, a unique villa set in a natural paradise of three hectares of untouched land.
If you are looking for a place surrounded by peace and nature, this is the ideal spot for your stay.
This 62-square-meter property is perfect for two guests.
It features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed for one person, and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
Please note: as the property is in a 30-hectare rural area, Wi-Fi speed may decrease during peak season. The villa boasts a large, well-equipped private outdoor area with a wellness zone featuring a sauna, hot tub, and an outdoor shower with hot water.
There are covered terraces furnished with armchairs, a natural chestnut table, and chairs for outdoor dining.
The property offers two free parking spaces and covered storage for motorbikes and bicycles. Pets are not allowed.
The barbecue can be used only in March, April, and May due to fire regulations.
Smoking indoors or discarding cigarettes on the grounds is not permitted.
Events and parties are not allowed. Step-free access. Instructions for recycling and for using the sauna and hot tub are provided and must be followed carefully. Upon request: car rental and airport shuttle to Olbia are available for an extra fee. Equipped with energy- and water-saving devices. Free linen change after 9 days of stay.

Beautiful villa and beautiful surroundings
