Gar nichts.
Küche nur Kaltwasser, zum Spülen Wasserkocher nutzen. Im Bad Durchlauferhitzer, dadurch immer wieder Kaltwasser.
Zugang zur Wohnung für ältere gebrechliche Leute nicht zu empfehlen.
