The 85 m² property, with sea, mountain and pool views consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a 65 inch TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This property offers a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.
Additionally, there is a shared outdoor area featuring a pool, a garden, paddle tennis and basketball courts. The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.
Both Nerja and Maro are just a 15-minute drive from the accommodation. There is a parking space available in an underground garage. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
