This is a cosy and romantic apartment where you will just feel comfortable like your home.
Highly secured and well-maintained house on prime location, two beaches at 300 meters, supermarket at 50 meters, pharmacy, restaurants and bars are lying on the same building ground floor. The apartment has everything you need to stay.
We offer bed lining and towels, Wifi free of cost.
We have a French style kitchen with all equipment including an Air-Fryer to cook food.
We have air conditioning and heater inside apartment.
For entertainment we have Smart television and Bluetooth music system. There are two Lifts and one swimming Pool in the house. We offer cost effective Airport transfer service, green transporter like electric Roller and mountain bikes with an additional cost. Enjoy a fenced pool, garden and open terrace in the shared outdoor area. The property is located within 400 m of the central bus station, a supermarket, the city centre, restaurants, cafés, bars, a pharmacy, an ATM and the beaches of Cura and Los Locos. A private parking space in a garage is available for a fee.
Free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please close the door and windows when the air conditioning is running.
Also, the air conditioning should only run for a maximum of 1 hour at a time, with at least 30 minutes break in between. Please remember to switch off all appliances when you leave the accommodation and to empty the bins before checking out. 2 bikes and e-scooters are provided for a fee. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has light and water-saving features. A shuttle service to the airport is available for an extra fee. - Bikes provided Payment 10,00 € per person
