Welcome to the cosy Aschaubichl – Narzisse apartment! With 43 m² of space, it offers an ideal retreat for a relaxing stay in Grainau.
The studio has a combined living and sleeping area, a new, fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring hob and dishwasher, and a bathroom.
It accommodates two guests.
Wi-Fi and TV are included. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with a four-ring hob, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, glasses, knives, chopping boards, garlic press, slicer, ladles and other utensils.
Coffee, tea and water are provided for each guest. The apartment enjoys a quiet, central and sunny location, just a few minutes' walk from the public swimming pool, spa gardens and village centre.
A bus stop, the Zugspitze cog railway, hiking trails and a cross-country ski trail are also nearby. Convenient parking is available on the property.
One pet is welcome for an additional fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Homemade products are available, and there is a storage room for bicycles and skis.
Information on correct waste sorting is provided.
The accommodation is equipped with energy-efficient lighting and water-saving features. Although there is no balcony, you can enjoy a sunny spot in the private rose garden with a table, bench and parasol.

Bei der Ankunft hat der Gastgeber das Zimmer gezeigt und auch noch Ratschläge gegeben was in der Umgebung so möglich ist. Zudem haben sie auch selbstgemachte Marmelade und leckeren selbst gebackenen Kuchen gemacht.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und genauso wie sie auch auf den Bildern aussieht.
Es ist ein schönes und gepflegtes Haus

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und im Kühlschrank standen zwei kalte Bier!
Das Zimmer war unterm Dach und bei den Heißen Temperaturen war es Nachts etwas ungemütlich! Wir haben von der Vermieterin einen Ventilator bekommen!
