The 3-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer as well as beach/pool towels. The property features a shared heated pool and a garden area, perfect for relaxing outdoors during your stay. The property is located a 15-minute drive from Kehl and the Rhine, 30 minutes from Strasbourg and 40 minutes from the Europa-Park in Rust.
Furthermore, the accommodation is within walking distance of a supermarket, several restaurants, bars and public transport links.
Moreover, the area offers numerous beautiful cycle paths. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for a fee. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. The grounds include a riding stable with an indoor riding arena and pastures.
Boxes can be provided upon request (subject to availability). There is a stable with indoor riding arena 20x40 m at the house, I can also offer boxes for horses and pasture Box per stitch with hay and shavings bales per piece for the bedding, this is on request and for an extra fee.
