Excellent metro and bus connections to the city centre, coastal areas and charming Andalusian villages in the interior. The flat consists of a well-equipped kitchen, living room with dining table, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (pull-out bed) and bathroom.

In addition, there is a TV, washing machine, fast WiFi and beach equipment such as towels, 2 folding chairs, cool box and parasol.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor (no lift) and offers a beautiful view of green areas with palm trees. All guests must provide their identity card or passport and sign the official form if required.

Pets, smoking, parties and loud music/noise are not permitted.
