The fine sandy beach is just 100 metres away, a one-minute walk.
Mostly visited by locals, it is rarely crowded, even in the height of summer. The house has been fully renovated with attention to detail.
You'll find spacious interiors, air conditioning in the living room, fans in both bedrooms, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is just one bathroom, making the house ideal for couples or small, close-knit groups.
Beach umbrellas, sun loungers, cool bags and all the essentials for beach days are provided. A standout feature is the gated private parking within the property, reserved for guests: a rare advantage in an area where public parking is limited and charges apply.
The parking area leads directly to the back of the house and the outdoor patio, making it easy to unload luggage straight from your car. Arriving and leaving will be simple and stress-free. The private, wind-sheltered patio is perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners and relaxing in complete privacy.

attorno non vi è lo "sviluppo turistico".

per noi in coppia tutto perfetto, ma per 4 vi è un unico bagno.

La casa è a due passi dal mare e dotata di tutti i confort perché appena ristrutturata, un plus la cordialità di Antonio che ci ha indicato qualsiasi posto (supermercato, ristoranti, bar e spiagge limitrofe) da visitare, zona tranquilla in cui godersi al meglio le vacanze!
Niente di negativo, tutto è come descritto nell'annuncio anzi meglio!
