Das Haus hatte eine gute Lage und war nicht weit entfernt vom Stadtkern.
Zwei Fenster im Haus waren leider kaputt, diese ließen sich nicht komplett schließen, sodass es sehr kalt im Haus war. Die Heizungen haben sich nachts leider zusätzlich abgeschaltet. Zudem waren die Matratzen schon sehr durchgelegen.
