The top floor features a large relaxation and games room, which can also serve as a bedroom for 2.

Outside, the south-facing 50 m² terrace has a large teak table for 12, sun loungers, and a gas plancha, perfect for outdoor meals.

Between the Tourmalet and Aspin passes, close to the ski resorts of La Mongie and Payolle and the thermal baths of Bagnères de Bigorre, at the foot of the Pic du Midi, Le Carot is a renovated former farmhouse at 800 m altitude.
Location & surroundings
Overlooking the valley, it is surrounded by pastures with sheep and horses, offering a peaceful, authentic setting.
The house is at the end of a 200 m private lane, ensuring peace and quiet.
Access is easy but requires your own vehicle.
