Our centrally located, well-appointed accommodation offers plenty of space, a thoughtful layout, and a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing days in the Havelland region.
The house is ideal for families, friends, or small groups who want to explore Rathenow and its surroundings at their own pace. You will find a spacious hallway with a cozy reading corner, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living and dining area with fireplace and smart TV, three bedrooms, and a large bathroom.
The furnishings are practical, well-maintained, and designed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower.
The kitchen includes everything you need for daily life, such as a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and other useful utensils.
The living area invites you to relax by the fireplace.
Electric shutters add extra comfort. A real highlight is the outdoor area.
On the covered terrace with seating and a gas grill, you can enjoy relaxing hours outside.
Private parking for up to three cars is available directly at the house. The location is also excellent.
Many of Rathenow’s sights are within easy reach, including the Optikpark, the Optical Industry Museum, the Havel River, and other charming spots.
Shopping is close by: Kaufland is easily accessible, and a bakery is just a few streets away.
The train station is about 3.5 km away. For excursions, we recommend the Optikpark Rathenow, Bismarck Tower with its beautiful view, St. Marien Andreas Church, the castle park, and Westhavelland Nature Park with its cycling and hiking trails.

Das Haus war schön hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Auch die Küche war top ausgestattet. Es liegt zentral im Ort, aber trotzdem ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert per Telefon, Whats-App ode...

Erg fijn huis dat van de meeste gemakken is voorzien. goede bedden. het huis is voorzien van rolluiken dus slapen is heerlijk. ook om het huis tegen warmte te weren, maar met de huidige temperaturen is dat lastig. dan wordt het wel warm.
uitstapjes: Berlijn met de trein. Zoo magdenburg. Zwembad in ...
