This comfortable stone house is set in green surroundings on the outskirts of the small village of Les Grèzes. Les Grèzes and its surroundings are ideal for tourists. Siorac-en-Périgord is a charming village in the heart of the Périgord Noir, known for its picturesque landscapes, peaceful rivers and numerous castles. Visitors can explore remarkable sites such as Château de Beynac, Château des Milandes and Château de Castelnaud. The region is also known for its prehistoric caves, particularly Lascaux and Font-de-Gaume.

All major tourist attractions in the valleys of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, all within a 30 km radius of the house, are easily accessible. It is the ideal place to discover all facets of the Périgord Noir.

Guests have access to a swimming pool shared with another accommodation and the owner. Linen and towels are included in the rental, adding extra comfort to your stay.

Rent is per week, from Saturday to Saturday, in July and August, and for a minimum of two nights the rest of the year. All charges are included in the price, except for heating and wood charges, which are settled during the heating season based on meter readings. Guests are required to clean up before departure, otherwise a surcharge will be charged on site.
