It has a spacious living room with a restored local sandstone arch and a vaulted cellar once used to store food. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave.
There is also a washing machine, Wi-Fi, workspace, TV, DVD player, games console, books and children's toys, plus air conditioning, a cot and a high chair. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy for families or groups of friends. Outside, guests can enjoy a private area with a garden, balcony, terrace and barbecue area, ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors and watching the sunset. The house is exclusively for guests and their companions.
Parking is available on the property and on the street.
The garage, accessed via a narrow one-way street, fits a small or medium-sized car, but not vans or SUVs.
Blue-zone parking rules apply on the street: you must display your arrival time, and parking is limited to 1 hour during business hours.
