The Rumwaldhof offers you an idyllic natural experience, surrounded by lush greenery, where you can enjoy fresh air in peace. Despite its secluded location, the farm is easily accessible via a paved road, which is reliably cleared in winter, ensuring excellent connectivity at all times. The property offers a shared outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. The property is located close to Sulden/Solda, the cable car, public transport links, ski slopes, mountaineering routes and hiking trails. There are 2 parking spaces on the property and 4 in a garage. The accommodation has a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles as well as a ski depot. Families with children are very welcome. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. (One dog is allowed in the Arnika apartment, for an extra charge). An e-car charging station is available. The new building was completed in 2024, with KlimahausStandart A+Gold, and is equipped with a smart home system.

The exclusive vacation apartments have large window fronts and offer a view of the Ortler. The accommodation offers homemade/own products, as well as a selection of kitchen and wild herbs. Your personal laundry can be washed on request and for a fee. A sandwich toaster is available on request. The property has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly. The accommodation is equipped to save light and water. The electricity in this accommodation is generated by the property's own photovoltaic system.
