Das Haus hat eine gute Lage im Ort, nicht weit zu den Restaurants. Blick zum Meer.
In der kühlen Wohnung gab es keine mobile Heizung, war dann etwas ungemütlich. Lage nach Nord ist auch ungünstig, da die Sonne nicht wärmen konnte.
