Die Treppe zur ersten Etage ist steil, sehr schmal (81cm ) und die Stufen sind in den Maßen im untersten Bereich.
Trittbereich 23cm und Höhe 19cm. Da es keinen Handlauf gibt, hat man Probleme sicher rauf oder runter zu gehen.
Die Dusche im Erdgeschoss ist sehr eng und machte einen ungepflegten Eindr...
