Located in Saint-Pierre-Quiberon, Brittany, this eco-renovated 400 m² villa welcomes families of up to 15 guests.
The property features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a fully equipped private kitchen.
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, private air conditioning with floor cooling, geothermal underfloor heating, private TV, private washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace, a coffee machine with bean grinder and filter, a private sauna (2-3 people on the ground floor), and 2 baby beds. Outdoors, relax in the private garden, on 2 terraces, in the private outdoor pool, private hot tub, outdoor shower, and around the private barbecue.
The villa offers stunning sea views and is just 90 m from the west coast ocean and 300 m from Quiberon Bay on the east side. To ensure the peace of the property, events such as bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.
Access may be refused if this rule is not respected. You have 6 on-site parking spaces, street parking, and a shared bike storage room.
A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. On the Quiberon peninsula, admire the bay and ocean with Breton islands on the horizon.
This unique location on the Penthièvre isthmus offers direct access to the large ocean beach near Fort de Penthièvre, part of the protected dunes of Gâvres to Quiberon—perfect for water sports.
On the east side, Quiberon Bay offers sandy beaches, ports, and oyster farms.
A concierge service arranges your welcome, and a key box is available for late arrivals.
Please bring your own beach towels; indoor sandals are recommended for the sauna.
