This tastefully renovated barn became a magnificent contemporary 3-bedroom house in 2024. Spacious and luminous, with exposed beams and glazed facade, it offers breathtaking views of the mountains, in particular the Pointe de l'Arcalod.
The house is organized as follows:
- 1 large bedroom - 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
- Living room - dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 WC.

Whatever the season, the Bauges offers visitors a superb terrain for discovering the region's heritage and sporting activities: - In summer: hiking, mountain biking, cycling, canyoning, swimming and wake-boarding at Lescheraines, zip-line courses at Les Aillons...
In summer, the villages come alive with festivals, concerts, flea markets and markets.
- In winter: snowshoeing, downhill skiing at Les Aillons-Margériaz, cross-country skiing on the Savoie Grand Revard plateau.

Grange savoyarde magnifiquement rénovée avec une pièce à vivre lumineuse donnant sur les montagnes.
Décoration soignée avec de nombreux objets anciens.
La cuisine est très bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, ce qui devient rare dans les locations.
Les 3 chambres sont vraiment spac...
Linge de lit proposé en option payante alors qu'inclus sur le site Holidu.
Mais affaire réglée rapidement après explications.
