On the second floor of a house dating back to 1888, this charming 100 m² apartment, beautifully dressed in reclaimed wood, welcomes you for a wonderful stay with family or friends.
Ideally located between Geneva (30 minutes), Chamonix and Annecy (45 minutes), the apartment is the perfect base for enjoying a wide range of activities:
In summer: hiking, mountain biking, swimming in Lake Geneva and Lake Annecy, and exploring our beautiful mountain villages.
In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, sledging, ice skating, and a well-deserved hot chocolate when you get back!
The nearest ski resort, Les Brasses, is just 10 minutes away.
The space: a large, cosy open-plan living area tucked beneath the exposed roof beams, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing and sharing proper meals: oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette grill and fondue set.
Our guests often tell us the same thing: it's even better than the photos!
Bedroom 1: one 160 cm double bed
Bedroom 2: one 140 cm double bed, nestled beneath the beams
Mezzanine beneath the roof: two single beds, the children's favourite spot!
A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
Fast Wi-Fi for working remotely.
Secure, gated parking with a coded entrance, plus dedicated ski and bike storage.
Self-check-in with a key lockbox from 4 pm. Check-out before 10:30 am.
We look forward to welcoming you!
