Holiday Home Sonnenschein by the Sea – Relaxation Right by the Dike
Welcome to Fedderwardersiel! Our 85 m² holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests and is just 200 m from the North Sea (a 5-minute walk to the beach). The property offers 3 bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, as well as a baby cot and high chair.
Outdoor Area & Extras:
Enjoy a private garden with covered terrace, barbecue, and playground.
There is a storage room for bikes or motorcycles and private parking at the house. Laundry service: Duvets and pillows are provided.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
You can rent them for an extra charge, available on site. Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed (for an extra charge on site). House Rules & Cleanliness: Non-smoking house, no parties or events allowed. Please leave the house tidy: dispose of rubbish, wash dishes, empty fridge and dishwasher. Pets: Animals are not allowed on sofas, armchairs, chairs, or beds.
Please bring your own pet beds or blankets. In case of serious violations of house rules or extra cleaning due to heavy soiling, additional charges may apply. We look forward to welcoming you to Butjadingen!

Stühle im Wohnraum sehr abgenutzt.
Keine scharfen Messer, Ausnahme das Brotmesser.
Kein Backofen, Mikrowelle mit Grill ist kein Ersatz.
Rasen müsste mal gemäht werden.
