In the open living, dining and sleeping area there is room for 2-5 people. There is a double bed and 1 functional bed (convertible into a double bed). An extra bed is available for the 5th person.
Internet, W-Lan and TV are available.
The kitchen for self-catering is equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle, pad coffee machine, microwave, oven and 2 plate induction stove. Crockery, pots and cutlery are of course also provided.
A private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin is located on the same floor. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Outdoors
A large private terrace and your own fenced-in garden invite you to linger. The trees and a large awning provide enough shade on hot days to relax on the terrace while listening to the babbling brook and the rustling of the trees.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in the host's house and can be compared to an open-plan apartment.
Location & surroundings
The house is in an absolutely idyllic, secluded location in a natural ravine. Surrounded by trees and greenery. A small stream flows around the large property.
There is a public playground for the little ones about 200 m away.
Despite the completely idyllic location, you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher or a restaurant in 3-4 minutes by car.
Within a 15-minute drive you will find, for example, an outdoor pool, thermal baths, local recreation area and other leisure activities. There are numerous other attractions within a radius of 50 km, such as the Ravensburger Spieleland or the Wackelwald at Federsee.

Die FeWo ist sauber und neuwertig und der Garten gut eingezäunt. Gerade mit einem Hund der gerne auf Entdeckung geht ist dies sehr beruhigend.
Frau Ott ist sehr sympathisch
Das Bad ist über den Flur zu erreichen und die Verriegelung der Schiebetür ist unglücklich gewählt. Es besteht die Gefahr sich zu verletzen, was mein Mann leid voll erfahren durfte.
