Die Lage ist gut in dem Sinn, dass ein Lebensmittelmarkt mit Bäckerei und auch ein Getränkemarkt gleich um die Ecke liegt. Auch die Bushaltestelle direkt nach Kassel liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe. Nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt ist ein fantastisches Restaurant 'Zum Niestetal.' Die Wohnung ist gut bestückt mit allem, was man braucht, inclusive Parken.
Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft im Badezimmer/in der Dusche und das Sofa. Das Sofa ist total unbequem, hart wie ein Brett. Im Schlafzimmer ist eine offene elektrische Anschlussstelle/ein Loch. Aber das Schlimmste ist die Badezimmertür. Es soll eine Schiebetür sein, man muss aber die Tür heben, um sie hin...
