The apartment type C (approx. 65 sqm) is modernly furnished and is on the ground floor (underfloor heating).
The living room offers a great view with floor-to-ceiling windows, sofa, dining table, play corner, stereo system, satellite TV invite you to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and toaster.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, 2 bedrooms and a hallway with built-in wardrobe.
The bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2 m) with romantic starry sky is separated from the living room by a sliding door, but is a walk-through room.
The 2nd bedroom with access to the 2nd bathroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m).

The village center with its shops, playgrounds, cross-country ski trails, ski lifts, bus stop and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away.
Hike directly from the house and enjoy nature and clear mountain air.
The garden offers relaxation for you and play opportunities for the children (slackline, garden shed, slide, sandpit, vehicles, table tennis, basketball, trampoline, horizontal bar). We want you to feel as comfortable in your vacation home as you do at home, which is why we have lovingly furnished and equipped our apartment in a modern style (first occupancy 01/2011).
We offer an apartment type B (approx. 55 sqm) on the ground floor of our house, which can be extended by an additional double room with French bed (1.60 m wide) and bathroom (shower/WC) to apartment type C (approx. 65 sqm in total).
The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with starry sky, living room with play corner (board games, books, doll's kitchen, puzzle, ...), sofa, dining table, 2 flat screen TVs, stereo system and hallway with built-in wardrobe.
The apartment has underfloor heating and direct access to the terrace with table, garden loungers, barbecue.
The apartment is allergy friendly, therefore pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. For the extra vacation service we also offer: W-Lan, free ticket for public transport, covered parking space, bread roll service (fee), pick-up from the bus stop, "shopping basket" (we do the initial shopping), laundry service (extra charge), Hire: snowshoes, Nordic walking poles, hiking rucksacks, toboggans, bum slides Family-friendly offer: all-terrain TFK Joggster, back carrier, toilet seat, high chair, travel cot, children's crockery and cutlery
