Warft Simmerdeis is located on the Eiderstedt peninsula - a romantic thatched-roof house on a terp that was first mentioned in books in 1796. My property is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Eiderstedt, which is lined with almost 50 thatched-roof houses, Haubargen and farmhouses, as well as variously cultivated fields and pastures with sheep, cows and horses.
A great place to get away from city life and find peace and quiet. Guests are only welcome from the age of 10 (the property is natural and has some danger zones - the water is not enclosed by a fence) but dogs of all ages are welcome. By the way, "Simmerdeis" means "in summer" in old Frisian and I hope that you will feel that way at any time of the year - whether in spring, summer or winter - I am always open for you. There are three vacation apartments at Warft Simmerdeis: 1. the larger maisonette apartment (up to 4 people) on two levels with a large kitchen-living room with fireplace, bedroom and adjoining bathroom, guest WC and living room with sofa bed and garden terrace. 2. the first floor apartment (up to 4 people) with bedroom, living room area with pull-out bedroom, shower room, dining room with fireplace and separate kitchen, as well as a small private garden area with terrace. 3. the attic apartment (for couples or singles) where the sleeping and dining area with open kitchenette is separated by a room divider and the shower room is separate from the sleeping area.
The attic apartment has an open gallery with piano, small library and chaise lounge. The 10,000 square meter garden has several garden areas with seating, so that all vacation guests can spread out well when all apartments are booked. Dogs are absolutely welcome, but they have the problem that they do not want to leave at the end of your departure time.

Das Haus liegt ruhig an einer unweit mäßig befahrenen Straße. Der wundervolle Garten mit Terasse ist komplett eingezäunt sodass man mit Hund sehr unbeschwert Urlaub machen kann. Die Wohnung und die Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unweit, der Strand in Sankt Peter Ording...
