Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in Ordnung. Das schöne Freibad in Hennstedt ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
Ende Juni 2026 waren die Temperaturen über mehrere Tage recht hoch. Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach und ist nicht besonders gut isoliert. In Wohnzimmer und Bad gibt es keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung hat sich sehr stark aufgeheizt.
