Das Haus hat einen Pool, Zimmer mit Balkon ausgestattet, parken Tiefgarage möglich
Mobiliar in der Wohnung könnte zum Teil erneuert werden (Küche),Teppich sehr verdreckt, Vorhänge für Fenster nicht passend - daher bei warmen Temperaturen kein Sonnenschutz geboten - Wohnung heizt sich dadurch sehr auf

Das Zimmer war nicht so sehr sauber. Bettdecke und Kissen sehr fleckig. Bilder machen mehr her, als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Schade
Man kam sich vor als würde man ein Lost Place besuchen.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer stillgelegten Kurklinik ,baulich Mitte 70er,Einrichtung aus den 70ern. Insgesamt sehr verkommen und dreckig, über den fleckigen Teppichboden möchte man nur mit Schuhen laufen. Vorhänge teilweise aus der Schiene gerissen und realistisch vor 3 bis 5 Jahren das letzte mal gew...
