Villa Jara is a unique retreat featuring a restored main house over 200 years old, a well-equipped and modern guesthouse, and a well-maintained outdoor area with a summer kitchen, shaded terrace, and poolside space.
The property is committed to sustainability, powered year-round by solar panels providing clean energy. The main house offers an open-plan kitchen and a bright living-dining area with white tones, exposed beams, and sandstone floors.
It is equipped with modern appliances and has a fireplace for cooler months.
Upstairs is the only bedroom in the original house—also the only one with air conditioning—offering a private terrace and a modern bathroom. Outside, a covered porch with stone benches and views of the orchard provides an ideal spot to relax.
The terracotta guesthouse contains four independent double bedrooms, each with a private entrance, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom. The 10 x 4 m pool (depth 0.70 m to 2 m) is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas.
There is also a shaded area and a summer kitchen with a charcoal barbecue. The heated pool maintains a temperature between 25°C and 28°C, depending on weather and use of the thermal cover. Located in a private yet well-connected setting, close to the road leading to Es Trenc and Ses Covetes. A security deposit is required at check-in and will be returned after the property is inspected at the end of your stay.

Die Finca ist richtig schön für Gruppen. Bequeme Betten, die Zimmer sind nicht hellhörig, es gibt ZWEI Küchen und viele Plätze an denen zehn Leute essen, spielen, und chillen können.
Der Pool ist groß und schön mit den einladenden Stufen. Es gibt für jeden eine Liege unter Palmen. Besser geht es nicht! Die ganze Anlage ist richtig schön mit den Pflanzen und gut gepflegt.
Ein richtig großer Topf hat gefehlt für Spaghetti.
