Our cozy vacation home has a size of approx. 110 m², spread over 3 floors.
It was almost completely refurbished in 2017 and has 4 bedrooms, which are located on the upper floors (1 double bed and 3 x 2 single beds) and a crib for children up to 3 years is also available.
The spacious bathroom has a shower, bathtub and 2 washbasins with mirror cabinet.
A separate guest WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishes.
The living room is approx. 30 m², offers space for cozy get-togethers, there is a 40-inch TV, DVD player, stereo system and Internet.
In summer, the terrace with adjoining garden can be used for barbecues.
Relaxation guaranteed, as the house with terrace and garden are for the exclusive use of the guest, i.e. no other guests or landlords in the house. Nearby (approx. 50 m) you will find a dentist, physiotherapist, approx. 100 meters to the nearest bakery / supermarket, for the small appetite there is a pizzeria and a kebab. In the in 2017 almost completely newly furnished vacation home in Schwanau with approx. 110sqm you are completely undisturbed.
The Europapark Rust can be reached in approx. 15 minutes, Funny World amusement park in Kappel in approx. 15 minutes, Strasbourg in approx. 40 minutes, Switzerland/Basel in approx. 60 minutes.
Baden-Baden airport is approx. 45 minutes away.
Coming from the A5, you only need 5 minutes to reach your domicile. Enjoy the terrace with its own garden. For self-catering, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, pad coffee machine, toaster, microwave and kettle.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Shopping facilities (bakery/Edeka) about 100 meters away.
The surrounding area is ideal for cycling and hiking, a swimming lake can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Ein tolles Haus mit genügend Platz für eine größere Gruppe. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Der Europa-Park ist 20 Minuten vom Haus entfernt und somit super erreichbar. Perfekt für ein Aufenthalt mit Besuch im Park.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super gewesen. Wir waren 6 Leute und hatten genugent Platz. Der Ruropa Park war gut zu erreichen,und einkaufs möglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Hatten 3 schöne Tage dort,kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
