The apartment is very bright, with modern and functional furnishings, a bathroom with bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen to meet all your needs. Everything is provided for a pleasant stay.

Welcoming 55 sqm attic apartment, recently renovated, located on the fourth and top floor of an elegant building (with elevator up to the third floor), on a quiet street just a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Intra. Here you will find numerous shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and the beautiful lakeside promenade.
It’s the perfect starting point for cruises on Lake Maggiore using public ferries, or for walking, cycling, or motorbike tours in the hills around the lake. By car, in just over an hour, you can reach the top of Mottarone for spectacular panoramic views, the mountain village of Macugnaga with views of the stunning east face of Monte Rosa, or Val Formazza with the famous Toce waterfall. Nearby is the Val Grande National Park, the largest wilderness area in Italy. Just 1.5 km away are the famous gardens of Villa Taranto. At 100 meters, you’ll find public swimming pools and a playground for children. By car you can quickly reach other popular destinations such as Arona, Stresa, Baveno, Cannero, Cannobio, and nearby Switzerland with Locarno and Ascona.
