Upstairs: bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), bathroom with shower and toilet. Amenities Fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge, oven, coffee maker, utensils). Living room with sofa bed (2 x 80 cm). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Heating. Private parking. Separate entrance. Please note Guests must clean the house before departure. No private outdoor space at present. Surroundings and nearby activities The small house is ideally located for exploring northern Aveyron: 10 minutes from the picturesque villages of Estaing, Espalion and Entraygues-sur-Truyère. On the doorstep of Aubrac Regional Natural Park. Nearby activities: swimming (pools, lake and river), hiking, canoeing and kayaking, tennis, fishing.
