One-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a recently built Savoyard chalet.
The discreet owners live on site, welcome you on arrival and are available if needed.
This 25 m² property sleeps up to 4 guests and has a 2-star rating from the Haute-Savoie prefecture.

Large balcony with a table and garden chairs. Very bright, with a large picture window fitted with a roller shutter. Quiet bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds, a large wardrobe and a roller shutter. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Separate toilet. Electric underfloor heating. Private lockable cellar with ski racks and space for bikes, pushchairs, suitcases… Shared by the two apartments: washing machine, ironing board and electric iron, plus fondue, raclette and waffle makers. Baby equipment on request: travel cot, booster seat and tableware. Each apartment has an allocated parking space.
Additional vehicles must be parked outside. Beautifully positioned facing the Mont Blanc range, the Aiguilles de Warens and the lakes.
With its trees and flowers, this chalet is ideal for rest and relaxation. Close to central Sallanches and its shops, 10 minutes from the Combloux and Megève ski slopes in winter, with hiking trails starting at the chalet in summer. 15 minutes from the Saint-Gervais thermal baths.

Un agréable séjour. L’appartement d’une propreté irréprochable , très bon accueil que ce soit à l’arrivée comme au départ. Très belle vue sur la chaîne montagneuse. L’emplacement est idéal et au calme. Propriétaires attentionnés envers ses hôtes. Rien à redire séjour parfait à recommander vivement.

Hôtes très accueillants , disponibles et bon conseillers sur le choix des visites ! l'appartement est très bien entretenu ,très calme,très propre , confortable et fonctionnel.
La vue imprenable sur la vallée ,les massif alentours et le Mont Blanc ajoute encore du charme à cette location !
