Located in the peaceful Landes countryside, this single-story, 55 m² independent house offers a relaxing retreat for families or small groups. Set on a fully fenced one-hectare wooded property, it combines nature, comfort, and leisure, just 20-25 minutes from the beaches of Contis and Cap de l’Homy, as well as near the lakes of Arjuzanx and Léon.

Layout and features
The cottage includes one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), one cabin-style windowless bedroom with bunk beds (2x90 cm), a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and a bright living area with sofa bed and TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and utensils.

A welcome kit is provided: trash bag, toilet paper roll, soap, wipes, sponge, and multi-purpose dishwashing sachet (no dish towel).
Baby bed and high chair available on request and subject to availability.

Outdoor comfort
Enjoy a private terrace with armchair (no sun lounger) and charcoal barbecue.

Guests have access to a shared wooded park, swimming pool (June–September, 9:30 am–8:30 pm), ping-pong table, and pétanque court.
