Welcome to La Coccinelle, a spacious, detached holiday home set in a peaceful, green setting in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
Perfectly located between Sarlat-la-Canéda (12 km) and the Lascaux caves (15 km), this welcoming property invites you to experience the relaxed lifestyle of the Dordogne. The house is part of a group of adjoining rural cottages on a working farm, offering an authentic countryside atmosphere for those who love nature and farm life. With 70 m² over two floors, the house accommodates up to 8 guests.
There are four comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, two toilets, a living room with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen.
You have free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, iron, baby equipment on request, and private parking at your disposal. Outside, enjoy a large private garden with furnished terrace, barbecue, pétanque court, and a children's play area.
You can set off directly on marked hiking trails from the property. A supervised swimming lake (Blue Flag) is 5 km away.
Hiking, cycling, and water activities are available on the Vézère and Dordogne rivers.

Logement très dans son jus , mériterait un gros rafraîchissement, et une grosse présence de mouches, comme le logement est dans une ferme

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce gîte.
Il est bien placé pour profiter des excursions du coin et nous avons pu apprécier le calme du lieu.
L'accueil est chaleureux et nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location aux futurs vacanciers.
